Dish Network still has their head up their ass

Well, no phone call from Dish. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. I am planning on sending them a letter demanding they remove their unauthorized inquiry, certified return receipt. I will give them 15 days to comply, after all, they new this was fraud as of the 3rd of October and did nothing. Really, they had the evidence that it was a fraudulent before they opened the account!

Dish Network has their head up their ass!!

So, I am sitting here on-hold with dish network. I have been listing to this bad hold music now for over 45 min. They have opened an account up in my name under my ssn and using my debit card, without my permission. they even went to the trouble of pulling my credit report back in Jan. I tricked them into telling me they had put an account in my name, and sending me a copy of the contract. It is not in my name. Yet the account seems to be. They have charged me $49.99 back in Jan. and I didn't notice, until they charged me $275.00 on Monday Oct 27, 2008.

I have called and written several times over the last 8 months only to get lied to or put on hold for ever, like today. So thank you James Venzor, you are the ass that thinks it is ok to keep someone on hold for 50 min. today! Horray for you!

and while were at it, thanks to Diane Boush for sending me the copy of the contract "not in my name" and for putting a phone number on the letter that is disconnected! Horray for you.

so just got off the phone with Adriana Martinez, She needs a new job. I asked continually, "Do you have the authority to write a letter on behalf of your company to the credit reporting agencies?" She chose to blather over and over "We will not be able to provide you with written correspondence." This, after I was told on monday that they were going to. She said her supervisor would call me back in 24 to 48. I told her that after 8 months, he has today to call. Tomorrow, I will be filing complaints with the BBB, States Attorney, and Small Claims

Apparently they have no problem refunding my $275, and $49, but to admit that they made a mistake checking my credit report is just too much for them. I have read up on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and have found that they are in clear violation of this Federal Act. If i file suit, they will be charged $1,000.00 right off the bat. Then we can talk about Liable. For over 8 months now, dish networks inquiry on my credit reports has lowered my FICO Score.
