This criminal has yet to be charged! Please contact your congressman and senators NOW and demand that they insist that the Japanese charge and punish this murderous skipper! So far, the Japanese have blamed the Ady Gil! From any vantage point, it is clear that the Shonan Maru 2 intentional rammed the Ady Gil.

Equifax has a probem with the truth!

I called Equifax today to ask for advice about the inquiries on my credit report from Echostar, Dish network. They informed me that I had not dispute this item before. I have 3 return receipts that say I did! After over 2 hours on the phone, they said that they would dispute it. Now they tell me that I have to wait 45 days for them to loose yet another dispute. The funny thing is, after I got off the phone, I checked the mail and received a letter from them stating that the inquiry is not on my credit report! Since I got a new credit report today, and the inquiry is still on there, I have no choice, I will have to file a lawsuit.

So, a couple of month ago, BoA sent a notice in their cc statement stating that they were going to increase my APR without any justification. I mean really, I have never been late on any payment, on any account, ever! I have a FICO score of 776! So I quickly paid them off. I then called and asked why the increase? they said that I carried a balance two months ago and again a year ago. I am not sure what they think a credit card is for, but I paid it off anyway. So I called today and was told the same thing. I asked why, and was told that they were not going to argue with me.

oh well, yet another credit card for the sock drawer.
